What Happens After You Join?

Once your membership has been purchased, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours explaining how to set up your account and access the Don’t Sit Up Community.

Your welcome email will include everything you need to get started, including access to the members’ area, educational video library, community groups, monthly Zoom sessions, resources and community updates.

If you need any help getting set up, our contact details will also be included in your welcome email.
